Construction. I went through and rejected 2 rooms before I settled on the third one.. 1st room had dirty sink and pull out couch had no cushions. 2nd room, there were cushions but no pull out bed - if you sit on the couch, you’d sink to the ground. 3rd room was passably clean but the bathroom smelled like old piss and the tub was seriously dirty. Every room smelled like Indian food.
